As part of their Development efforts, a number of countries across the globe are building brand new healthcare delivery systems from the ground up to provide world class, high service care to their residents. Whether this is part of a new city in a free trade zone, or in an existing population center, this is a great opportunity to leapfrog even the current leading institutions to create centers of care excellence to attract both local, regional and even global business.

Our team is comprised of individuals who are recognized national and international leaders in the design and innovation of health care services. We have worked with the most progressive and respected institutions across the health care continuum from payers to physician groups to hospitals helping them to improve their performance and create wholly new ways of delivering care. We have also researched extensively similar international efforts to create new high quality health care systems, including those in the Dubai Healthcare City, the Incheon Free Zone project, Bumrungrad, and Apollo Hospitals. Finally we have extensive contacts and experience working with potential partners to help design, build, and operate such an institution such as Harvard Medical International, Johns Hopkins International, and others.

Our first step typically is to create a strategic plan for the endeavor. Over a 6-9 month period we can create a detailed document spelling out:

• The vision for the new institution to be built
• The clinical services it would deliver
• A staffing plan for medical, administrative, and support staff
• Basic design elements for the facility
• The technology needs including IT systems, imaging, and clinical
• Systems to ensure the highest quality care
• Pro forma financial projections for construction and operations
• Our recommendations for the best partner organizations for design, branding, building, and operations
• A plan to recruit the appropriate senior management team and clinical staff
• A timeline and project plan to accomplish the goals of the project

After this plan is modified and approved, we are glad to continue to serve as partners to manage the remainder of the design and building process, and play whatever role seems appropriate in the ongoing operations of the exciting project.
