At Renaissance Health we provide a number of ways for you to easily access your physician and our practice. We know how important your health is and want to make it easy for you to receive care. Below are some guidelines as to who to contact and how.
In an emergency, immediately dial 911.
- If you are looking to schedule an appointment, process a referral, order a prescription refill, or have general questions, it is best to contact the office at our main number:
- For clinical matters, you can contact your doctor directly.
- For issues that are less urgent, please send us an email; we will reply within one business day. At the moment please note that we are using regular email, which is not secure, so please do not include any information that you would not feel comfortable sending on normal email. In the near future we will be introducing a secure internet-based web messaging system to address this issue.
- If you would like a quicker response, please give us a call. We are available 24/7 if you need us but please remember we have lives too, so if it can wait until business hours, please do so. When we are not in the office, our phones forward to our answering service who can contact us immediately anytime. We include below our cell phone numbers for your reference, but in general because of the spotty nature of cell coverage in the area, calling our main number is a safer bet, as our answering service has multiple ways of reaching us.
