We serve as strategic consultants to hospitals and multi-national corporations, including projects that are specifically targeted at global markets. In addition, we operate an innovative fully-functioning internal medicine practice in Arlington, MA, affiliated with Harvard University and the Massachusetts General Hospital, that functions as a laboratory to test new ideas and conduct rapid-cycle innovation. In 2006 we are launching Project Kitty Hawk – a collaboration of some of the US's most progressive hospitals to re-imagine the technologies, service ethic, clinical care processes, staffing models and the "overall consumer experience" in outpatient care.
